Dr Alberto Veloso is a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and General Paediatrician with extensive experience in clinical psychiatry, paediatrics, and medico-legal practice. As a dual Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), he has developed expertise in assessing complex developmental, behavioural, and mental health presentations across a broad range of clinical settings.

He has worked throughout Australia in public hospitals, private practice, Aboriginal health services, and community mental health, providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment recommendations, and independent medico-legal opinions. Dr Veloso has a particular interest in neurodevelopmental disorders, developmental trauma, child protection matters, and expert psychiatric assessments for legal, insurance, and government agencies.
